Loud Sex Is Illegal?

A British woman has been banned from having loud sex.
Caroline Cartwright claims this is illegal and will be fighting her rights in court. She will even be using a sex therapist as a witness saying she cannot help making the noise.
Neighbours described the noise as sounding like “murder” and “unnatural”. One neighbour even claimed to be frequently late for work because she couldn’t sleep through the noise.
“She is using Article 8 of the Human Rights Act to argue that she has a right to ‘respect for her private and family life’.”
Now I am all for loud sex; it can make it more fun and a greater release.
However, after living in share housing for years I can say it is an incredibly awkward and uncomfortable situation to be in when forced to hear neighbours having sex.
Maybe she just likes the attention because this is absurd. I support her right to have loud sex, but surely she could turn down the volume enough that she’s not breaking the law?!

Classic!
There was a couple of blocks of flats across from my old house…. There you’d be at some random time of the day and there’d be a horrendous moaning and screaming coming from a window on the 2nd floor. The first time, me and some of the other neighbors came out, looked at each other in that concerned “should we call the cops?” sort of way, and just as I was reaching for my phone, the screams morphed into a “yes, Yes, YES!!!”
With smile and a shrug, we all went back inside.
Funny rather than uncomfortable- Then there always the opportunity to get your own back by yelling “is that it?…… that was pathetic”
