Motherhood And Careers: Even Sarah Jessica Parker Has Regrets

December 3, 2009 No Comments

It’s true, even the rich and famous have trouble navigating motherhood and careers.

Sarah Jessica Parker, Carrie from Sex and the City, has said that she has “enormous regrets about” signing up to do the movie sequel because of the strain on her new young family.

With a seven-year-old and four-month-old twins, Sarah and her husband are having trouble spending enough time together as a family. She has been filming in Morocco.

Despite this, she says the new movie will be fun for the audience. “It’s about the idea of women’s and men’s roles in marriage, and old traditions versus new ones. The story is really fun, but it’s also about something”.

Let’s hope it turns out for the best. I would hate to see her struggle with family life only to have the move be a flop.
