We Like To Watch (These Videos Best)

The most sought after video on the internet is Kylie Minogue’s ad for Agent Provocateur.

It has over 350 million hits since YouTube launched. While sex appeal takes top spot, hope and humour round out the top ten.

“Proof” from 2001 aims to prove that Agent Provocateur is the best lingerie in the world. Kylie strips off her lab coat and rides a red, velvet covered mechanical bull. Then she asks the men in the audience to stand up, and smiles knowingly when no one does. (The commercial was originally intended for cinemas).

Another video about sex to make the top 10 is Sarah Silverman’s “I’m fucking Matt Damon,” although it wouldn’t call it sexy.

Some videos do appeal to a higher instincts though, such as  “Yes We Can” a song inspired by Barack Obama’s presidential campaign.

Of course none of them come close to my favourite — Sarah Haskins in “Target Women.”
