Dirty Whores Who Like Group Sex Deserve To Be Raped

Wanting to have group sex in certain (consensual) situations tarnishes a woman’s credibility.

A British woman was allegedly raped and the judge thought “her credibility was shot to pieces” after her online chats praising group sex.

She was obviously a dirty lying whore who deserved to be gang raped.

The judge in this case “ordered the jury to return not guilty verdicts for rape and conspiracy to rape against five men.”

This is a truly tragic case. The judge doesn’t seem to understand the difference between consent and rape and clearly needs to do his homework.

Of course it’s possible that the adventure went wrong, she had regrets, and wanted to punish the men.

But seriously? With all the effort it takes to get a rape case to court, the problems with witnesses and actually getting a conviction, and knowing that she had talked about group sex with the only man she originally intended to have sex with, this scenario is highly unlikely. She would have known what she was up against and must have been quite convinced that the court would help her to bring this to court at all.

Another tragic part of this is reading the comments by everyday folk online underneath an opinion piece about this case.

Many people agree that the case should have been dropped. They argue that we can’t assume she was raped just because she said she was. They emphasise the innocent until proven guilty line and say it’s likely that she did want to have group sex because she had mentioned it online. They blame her!

Nobody is saying that she was definitely raped! We know that these men are innocent until proven guilty.

The problem with this case is not that the men got off when they shouldn’t have, it is with the fact that she was denied a fair trial simply based on a discussion about consensual group sex. Maybe she was raped, maybe she wasn’t, but the point is she should have had the opportunity to follow legal procedure rather than being labelled as a whore who deserved it because she likes group sex.

No means no, regardless of what you fantasise about, what you do, how you do it, and who you do it with. In fact, even if you are in the middle of sex but you then change your mind, pull away, and tell the person to stop, if they continue they are raping you. The type of sex is not the issue, consent is.

I hope this woman appeals and is successful. And I hope the outrage from this will make a difference in the minds of the courts.

If she lied about it she will be found out and sentenced accordingly. When judges try to play God in the court room not only are they hurting the victims, they are inhibiting democracy from doing what it was set up to do: protect the innocent and punish the guilty.

Liking group sex in no way affects her credibility. Blaming the victim needs to stop. Give her a fair trial and justice will prevail (I hope).
