Want To Learn To Last Longer In Bed? Read This Book For Help.

April 26, 2010 No Comments

Are you one of those guys who wishes you could last longer in bed? Do you think you might have premature ejaculation problems?

If so, I highly advise you read this book before you waste any money or time on those miracle cures which undoubtedly will not work and will cost you a mint.

Too fast? Learn to last longer: a guide to premature ejaculation by Michael Lowy and Brett McCann examines the causes of premature ejaculation (PE), both medical and psychological, and examine what men can do to overcome this problem.

They look at the science behind it and treatment including counselling, medication, and physical exercises (now that’s the kind of exercise you can enjoy!).

They also look at other ejaculation problems such as delayed ejaculation, anejaculation (no ejaculation), retrograde ejaculation (ejaculating back into the body and bladder), painful ejaculation (ouch!), and hematospermia (blood in the ejaculate).

There’s a great section on talking about sex with some tips to make it easier for you to talk to your partner and your doctor.

This is a short book so is a very quick read (but not too fast of course!), simple, easy to read, and even has some very cute cartoons illustrating PE.

There are some great examples of case studies the authors have chosen to illustrate certain points. And they also might shed some perspective on your problem.

For example, PE is a problem among 25-30% of all men and can happen at any age, it is when ejaculation happens after one or two minutes of intercourse and involves dissatisfaction.

Also, the world average range of ejaculation time is three to seven minutes. One case study thought that he had PE with an ejaculation time of 20 minutes! That’s right boys, most of you are probably perfectly normal within this range (sorry, but we really are monkeys after all). But for those of you who are below the normal range and want to change that, this book could be a great help.

The authors work for men’s sexual health organisations in Australia and you can find Sydney Men’s Health here and Impotence Australia here.
