Sex educators say that over the course of human history, everything a person can possibly do with the human body has been done.
The same likely holds true for cooking.
But are you open-minded enough to cook with semen?
Natural Harvest is a cookbook of recipes utilizing this salty ingredient.
Like fine wine and cheeses, the taste of semen is complex and dynamic. Semen is inexpensive to produce and is commonly available in many, if not most, homes and restaurants. Despite all of these positive qualities, semen remains neglected as a food. This book hopes to change that.
The book is well-reviewed, although obviously the commentators have self-selected.
If you experiment with any of the dishes please let me know how it goes, but don’t be too offended if I demand an ingredient list before accepting your dinner invitation.
