Kidnapped Women Are Hilarious (Please Ignore The Gag And Tears)
July 29, 2010 1 CommentEdginess is funny — just ask Seth MacFarlane.
Some humorous guys are selling hilarious baggage stickers depicting bound and gagged women stuffed in suitcases.
Misery — ROFL!
Colin Hart and Ryan McCormick came up with the idea while watching identical bags circle around the baggage claim at the Vancouver International Airport.
She looks happy, doesn’t she?
It is no wonder that two BC boys came up with the idea, as Vancouver is a well known hub for human trafficking — mostly women and children who are forced to work as prostitutes.
In fact, there was so much concern about the increase in trafficking around the Winter Olympics that an ad campaign was created specifically for the event.
[Ed. Please note, the story on the poster is true.]
Up to 4 million people are trafficked around the world annually, and about 70% of them are women and 50% are children. The vast majority of them are forced to work in the sex trade. Despite the international frameworks in place, only 1-2% of them are rescued a year.
Considering how much human suffering is represented by their stickers, they should have stuck to more traditional frat-boy humour — like dildos.
