Will Tabasco Sauce In Condom Kill Sperm?

Dear Madame X,
I’ve heard that putting Tabasco sauce in used condoms is a good way to avoid them being used by the girl afterward to get pregnant. I’ve been doing this for years but when I mentioned it to friend he said it as just an old wives tale. Does it work? What can I do to avoid the ready made genetic packet from falling into the wrong hands?

You have got to be kidding me! You seriously do this? I thought that was just an urban myth.
Why on earth are you sleeping with women who you don’t trust? Or more to the point, how on earth did you come to have such a horribly wrong idea about how women behave?
Women do not take used condoms out of the garbage can when you leave their house and pour your sperm into their vaginas to secretly trick you into becoming a father!
I honestly don’t know what else to tell you other than it’s time to grow up and start treating your partners with more respect.
In terms of the actual question about killing sperm, once the sperm is dry, it is dead. This can be as short as minutes to a couple of hours depending on the environment. And I can’t find any evidence that tabasco sauce does this other than a few very suspicious websites. So it might, and it might not, but that is not the point is it?
What you need to deal with is the fact that you obviously have a very suspicious nature when it comes to women and relationships.
Take a good hard look at your life and see why you are so scared of women and relationships. What went wrong for you that you feel this way? Did your mother abandon you? Did you suffer an awful heartbreak?
And the best way to stop your sperm getting into the wrong hands? Stop having sex with women you don’t trust.

I saw that article about the sperm-stealing woman — despicable behaviour! She’s definitely wrong when she says most women think that way.
Ummm, yes Madame X, it happens a lot in this day and age. Females can turkey-baster themselves with a man’s sperm, face no legal prosecution, and then collect child support. And you wonder why homicide is the leading cause of death among pregnant women. Don’t be so horrified at the men who are trying to protect themselves from scandalous women (because even when you know someone, you never REALLY know someone). Instead, be horrified and help us disgrace the women who do this.
