It’s Court For The Longer Lasting Sex Company
December 23, 2010 No CommentsThe company that dupes insecure men into giving up their life savings to have better erections and “longer lasting sex” is being taken to court.
This is not the first time that the Advanced Medical Institute (AMI) in Australia has been taken to court and I doubt it will be the last.
This time the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is taking them to court for engaging “in unconscionable conduct which breached the Trade Practices Act” or more specifically, ”doctors engaged by the company conducted consultations which did not provide an appropriate diagnosis or medical treatment” and “did not accurately disclose refund conditions.”
Unfortunately this isn’t going to stop them and the company has promised that despite these problems it will be business as usual.
But please, if you or any men you know ever have any problems with erections or ejaculation do not go to AMI. See your doctor and a sex therapist. They will give you a proper assessment, make sure you don’t have any underlying health problems, give you proper medication to deal with it if you need it, and provide counselling to help you get through it. Trust me, you’ll get better results in a quicker time and you and your partner will be so much happier for it.
