Douches are disasters and a vajazzling is so last year — so why not pop a squat over a a pot of boiling water?
The “traditional” Korean vaginal steam bath is now available in spas across the country. The practice promises to fight infection, aid fertility, regulate menstrual cycles and clear up hemorrhoids — although those claims have yet to be tested.
A pot of boiling water pot simmers, filled with mugwort, wormwood and other witchy herbs. To get the benefits you must squat over the steam, supported by an open-seated stool, to allow the mixture to do its work.
Personally the idea of exposing the most sensitive areas of my body to 100°C steam is less than appealing, not to mention the strain of keeping the necessary position. And generally speaking, I like to think of that area as a self-cleaning oven.
I’ll reserve my final verdict for now, but traditionally, tacos aren’t steamed.
