Man Flu Caused By Allergy To Own Semen

Men, did you know that it is possible to be allergic to your own semen and get sick after ejaculation?
Post-orgasmic illness syndrome (POIS) leads to flu-like symptoms that can last for up to a week! Researchers first documented this in medical journals in 2002 and they have now found a way to help these men.
They are using something called hyposensitisation therapy where they slowly expose a person to more of the allergen over time to reduce sensitivity.
Yes, that’s right, in this case it means the man will be injected with his own semen in increasing amounts for up to five years! Fortunately, this is a rare illness. Unfortunately, many who have it will have no idea that’s what’s causing the problems.
This certainly gives man-flu a whole new meaning!
