Advertisements sell the dream. Whether it’s the life we want in magazines, or the products we purchase, their goal is to convince us that the only thing standing in the way of this fantasy is the money still in our purses.

But wouldn’t it be nice to know what they were really trying to sell? To be able to see through the corporate jargon?

Cracked.com thinks so. Their competitions aim to get the truth in advertizing.
