Woman Cuts Her Rapist’s Penis Off For Evidence
June 1, 2011 1 CommentWhen Rape-aXe is not available nearby, and you live in a place where sexual assault is most likely seldom reported because women’s rights are often not recognized, there is one effective way to gather evidence of attempted rape: cutting your attacker’s penis off.
That is what Monju Begum, a Bangladeshi woman, did. She says her aggressor, Mozammel Haq Mazi, had been harassing her for six months so when he allegedly forced his way into her house, she fought him, cut his penis off and put it in a plastic bag to bring as evidence to the police. She then registered a case against him accusing him of attempted rape.
On the other hand, Mazi claims the two had been having an affair and that she only attacked him because he said he could not leave his wife and five children to elope with her.
Because the penis was cut off hours before the police took it to the hospital, it was impossible to sew it back on. Doctors just did their best to allow Mazi to urinate without a penis.
“It is quite an unusual incident. As far as I am aware, this is the first time that a woman has brought a severed penis to the police station as evidence,” police spokesman Abul Khaer said.
Mazi was expected to be arrested once his condition improved, but he has now been released from the hospital at his own request since there were no clear instructions from the police.
What this woman did, albeit extreme, is a reminder of the duty we have as women to call out any occasion of sexual harassment and assault. Staying silent will only send out the message that this kind of abusive behaviour is acceptable. Initial investigations seem to confirm Megum’s account so let’s hope her desperate act will play in her favour during her judicial proceedings.

No you stupid bitch, what this means is that women can go on doign anythign they want to men and say it was because he “sexually assaulted” them. It’s bullshit, and women lie about it all the time, and trivialize REAL rape victims.
