Too Fat To Fuck?
October 14, 2011 No CommentsNo one will sleep with me if I’m fat. I’m sure that’s correct, because I’ve rarely seen a fat person engaged in an act of passion on a dating website advertisement. Or anywhere.
Ah, but it isn’t true. According to expert advice, confidence counts for much more than perfection.
In a clear reminder that men are the new women, Micah Toub went searching for reassurance that his wife wouldn’t leave him if he got fat. But it turns out that, not surprisingly, worrying about how you look naked has a greater impact than emerging love handles, based on a study at Guelph University by Robin Milhausen.
“In order to be sexually satisfied, you have to be present and focus. If you’re thinking, ‘Do I look fat from this angle?’ or ‘Am I jiggling?’ it makes it harder to get an erection or have an orgasm.”
When someone starts one of those tiresome discussions, “which of the men from Sex and the City do you fancy?,” I often mention Harry.
Usually, everyone at the table agrees that Harry would be the best in bed. Harry knows what he wants and he knows what you want as well. Who cares if he doesn’t look like a supermodel?
A man I was involved with several years ago told me to stop fretting. “Look,” he said, “You know men don’t notice small imperfections. Everything about you turns me on, except when you frown at your reflection and try to hide yourself from me.”
So stop worrying about your weight and go enjoy the pleasure your body can bring you.
