Tattoo Leads To Permanent Erection

I’ve always thought that the genitals are not to be messed with. Piercings and tattoos can only cause pain and what if they make a mistake?
Unfortunately, an Iranian man wasn’t so cautious and somehow a tattoo has led to him having a permanent erection!
He wanted a phrase meaning “good luck with your journeys” and his girlfriend’s initial tattooed on his member. The tattoo needle went too deep and caused damage to a blood vessel causing an arteriovenous fistula or an “abnormal connection between an artery and a vein.”
They tried to drain the blood out but it hasn’t worked so man is stuck with a partial erection for the rest of his life.
He says he has no regrets, so maybe this has improved his sex life! Even with that possibility, I’d recommend to any other men thinking of tattooing their penises to stay well away; it could hardly be worth it.
